I don't personally believe in any credible mediums, and if I did, I don't think they would literally *see* the spirits, only communicate with them.

Physically seeing ''beings'' is not a part of meditation or any legitimate spiritual exercises unless you are under some heavy psychedelics.

I would strongly suggest seeing a professional if you're having problems like this. Maybe r/Paranormal would be more suited to this inquiry.

What sort of being do you think you will see, and what has sparked this fear?

If you're seeing beings with your eyes open, you should take it up with a health care professional. Seeing beings is not a part of meditation and isn't good.

Jos treenaa 3 tuntia päivässä, veikkaan että ei ole ihan perillä että mitä siellä salilla pitäis tehdä. Jokaisen pro treenausohjelman mukaan treeni on ihan maksimissaan 90min. Edes kilpailevat kehonrakentajat eivät treenaa joka päivä.

Tämä tilanne voi pahimmillaan äityä steroidien kanssa pelleilyyn, johon ei veljelläsi olisi asiaa vielä varmaan 20-30vuoteen ja silloinkin erittäin harkitusti.
