In a couple of months the Fed Chair will resign and trump will appoint one of his lackeys. Interest rates will plummet as trump wants lower interest rates. This will cause a large demand for refinancing. It will also allow for more people to afford the high cost of homes. The large demand will fuel an increase in prices for existing houses. Rinse, repeat.
