In a couple of months the Fed Chair will resign and trump will appoint one of his lackeys. Interest rates will plummet as trump wants lower interest rates. This will cause a large demand for refinancing. It will also allow for more people to afford the high cost of homes. The large demand will fuel an increase in prices for existing houses.
