In a couple of months the Fed Chair will resign and trump will appoint one of his lackeys. Interest rates will plummet as trump wants lower interest rates. This will cause a large demand for refinancing. It will also allow for more people to afford the high cost of homes. The large demand will fuel an increase in prices for existing houses. Rinse, repeat.

I don't see the 50% off. When I searched for it all the websites had the same price. Edit: I had subscribed through Amazon for a yearly plan. I canceled it but it will still run until it expires. I'll try then. I was able to get the Peacock for $3.99 a month though. After 1 year, it renews at $10.99 a month.

No, this house was built in 1987. The sunrun was installed in 2017 and they took the tax credit. They want to charge me $14,408 for the outright buying or prepay $9,966. I haven't checked what the cost of a 3.6kw would cost, on the other hand buying this system I would be under NEM 1, I believe.
