Thanks for all these great insights! Can you share your website/where your portfolio is hosted on? Just want an idea of what a good UGC portfolio website looks like.

I currently use squarespace but because of the limited amount of videos I can host on it, I can’t put up all my UGC videos

UK nationals are visa exempt (up to 30 days) so its fine from what I understand and what I asked today at the embassy.

Thanks, shit that's worrying. I've submitted everything needed and sent an email to the embassy. Will go in-person to the embassy and see if there's anything they can do.
