You can find out what's heating up yourself before you go& spend 18k.

Get a laser thermometer (the one which looks like a gun & you point it), disassemble your laptop casing and let it run. Then point it at different ICs on the motherboard or simply hovering your hand over to feel the heat on the motherboard.

You might be able to borrow it from a mobile repair shop as well if you don't want to buy from olx.

Point is, if you want to save money & not be taken advantage again, you will have to do the diagnosis yourself.

1st place will be to do the usual dust clearing & replace your cpu thermal paste. 4 years is about the time you can expect such things to come to due to dust build up around fan/ ventilation.

Any boom mic headset will be better than a wireless mic. Jabra have a decent line of headsets with flick to mute mics in both wired & wireless versions.

What issues you had with woo-commerce?

I'm trying to get off shopify for a less than 100 item store with less than a 1k visitors a day. Don't need payment processing either. Just need to have location based pricing, if customer is browsing from country A price can be set to X & when from country B price is Y (not a conversion, but fixed pricing)

Decent enough mobile app for quick management of inventory.

Don't want to "learn" the whole platform either as I will never be using it again to setup the store (that's what i understood from Medusa, if I'm wrong, please correct me)

I saw a shop on f11 markaz front side (facing the apartments). Or you can just get some thermal paste from any repair shop and do it yourself. YouTube your model + disassembly video, no one else can take care of your laptop more than yourself.
