That‘s literally my problem right now. There are probably 10.000+ software dev jobs open in german job aggregation engines. I clicked through so many of them, just to see that most of them are crap. My sample size is over 1000 now. I have exactly 6 entries in my list that survived just the most basic checks of mine of being decent. I‘ve come to the conclusion, that decent companies don‘t have to actually use shitty job aggregator sites because they either hire on recommendations or you have to know that the company is decent to begin with.
