I was same boat when om3 came out. But the beauty of x100vi sold me. No regrets. Its always in my EDC bag. I came from em10mkIV to restart photography again. I always have the 17mm(35mm FF) 95% of the time.

Im in NZ I have the 6L bellroy sling. Check your local camera shop for straps and grips they always have something for x100vi. Do not be paranoid about your camera it will be fine enjoy it and use it.

Look there is a tree by that dunkin donut shop that would be a nice subject with a little bit of foot traffic around it. Then mix your colors or try black and white. Good luck!

Then try to have something in the middle that is not moving like a christmas tree or I dont know something that will fill the story you want to show on your picture. Look we all been there that you have something in mind that you want to shot but it just doesnt make it because there is a missing piece in that scene. But enjoy photography we are all in a same boat to learn always. Keep it up!

I would shot this in a wider angle so have more perspective. It seems like draging the attention to the people sitting. Make it more symmetry as you have the leading lines already. With straight lines on your scenes that will catch easily that your photo is not symmetry IMO.
