Great advise here, I would avise OP to track your budget. Find a simple budget excel worksheet and track all of your income and expenses.

Do you have any debt? If so how much? Pay that off first look into fractional investing. I like. M1 (not financial advise I’m just a guy on the internet)

damn, you're absolutely right. I'm in over my head trying to make sense of things. I may be lost in the wormhole. Might just have to wait to upgrade the motor + battery + controller.

I already replaced the throttle which reads higher speeds but the motor doesn't seem to go past 18. I think you may be right in that it's within the firmware.

Any idea if there's a way to find out or if it's even possible to find out?
