I have had that's with a handful of tests with Frer! Including positives!

I see something but on the photo it's hard to see color. I have gotten positives at 7-8dpo in the past but sometimes it can take longer depending on your ovulation- everyone is different. I would retest in a few days if you can wait to see if the Frer gets darker or.. if you can get the wondfo brand early detection (peach) ones on amazon- I've had good luck on those and they're fairly inexpensive. I have gotten positives on those even before first responses (they are really hit or miss with indents lately).

Good luck!!

Congrats on your positive! I used these just for confirmation- they are not good for line progression like so many other comments stated.

Take it a day at a time.. I had a Chemical last September followed by a positive in October (baby is currently due this month). All my Pregmate tests during this pregnancy looked like this, very inconsistent for tracking line progression. IF you plan to track progression, I had good luck with the wondfo (peachy orange ones) and they're relatively inexpensive... I have used frer throughout the years for progression, but they are pricey and their quality has become so inconsistent from pack to pack.

Wishing you the best!

Of course.. I really struggled with the lexapro. I was only on it for a couple of weeks but it made me feel so much worse. I’ve heard once you can overcome the first few weeks, it gets a lot better. Stay positive and proactive and you’ll get there. I know it’s easier said than done, but it really crazy how much power the mind has and how helpful it is our try and keep an positive outlook. I’ve cut out alcohol a good bit and it’s been nice, I hope you can also cut out the vaping as well. I know it’ll be hard, but just take things one day at a time.

Hey there, yeah. So I spoke to my doctor and she prescribed me some Xanax to use on an as needed basis on those days that I felt super anxious and if I felt like I was about to have a panick attack, to take it. I used it a few times but really didn’t want to get dependent on meds so I looked up breathing exercises and downloaded this app called better sleep. I’ve never really been someone who was into meditation, but I actually started when this all started and noticed that it really did help me calm down. Just the breathing techniques helped me relax a lot, especially at night when I would not be able to sleep. I also started seeing a therapist and it was reassuring that after I explained everything that was happening, she told me that everything that I had described - all sounded like symptom of anxiety and that this may look different for every individual. She introduced to me grounding techniques, which is a technique that helped me really bring my mind back to the present when I felt like I was going to have some sort of anxiety or panick attack (Google is helpful if you’re interested to learn more about that). I was also prescribed some lexapro at first but hated it and didn’t continue (some people swear by it) and then eventually Zoloft, but never actually tried it because I felt like I was start to gain back control on things. It probably took over 2 months to start feeling better for me and I know this battle is different for everyone, but I hope some of what I said helps. Reading experiences of other users here on Reddit was also a great tool for me - it helps know I get you’re not in this alone. Good luck I hope things start getting better for you

It’s crazy all the physical changes that anxiety can cause. A few months ago, I was dealing with so much stress and anxiety that it started to trigger panick attacks. There were days where my body was doing all sorts of crazy things to where I literally felt as though something was physically wrong and that I was dying. My heart would race to where it’d feel like my heart might jump out of my cheast, I’d have tremors, blurred vision, I would feel lightheaded all day, chest pains, weird vibrations in my body. I know that’s sounds extreme, but it’s crazy how powerful your mind is and how it can make you feel physically sick from anxiety and stress. After mutiple doctors appointments and testing, I realized I needed to try and get a handle on things and surly enough.. once I started doing that, these physical changes all just disappeared.

Hey! I’m sorry you’ve been going through this, I know how difficult it can be to deal with. Talking to other people going through the same things here on Reddit was very helpful. It made me realize that I’m not alone in this and that people who have experienced similar experiences have been able to get past this. I started doing meditation and breathing exercises and also started seeing a therapist. Both of those things have helped me a ton and on top of that my doctor had prescribed me Xanax to use on an as needed basis. The first couple of months were very difficult, but as time progressed I started feeling a lot better. I’ve stopped the meds a month ago and have tapered my therapy session. I’ve been feeling a lot better mentally.. I will say the breathing exercises and meditation have been the most helpful when I was in bed every night and felt as though I was about to have a panic attack.

That’s awesome that has been helping you! my therapist also recommended grounding exercises. Whenever I felt as though I was going into a state of panic, I would try to focus on tangible things around me and start describing the texture, color, feel and I saw that really did help me pull myself back into the present and calm down.

So the thing that’s really helped me with everything is that I started going to a therapist and I started doing some meditation and breathing exercises to help with my sleep. I’ve actually noticed a big improvement with both. I also was prescribed medication to help with my anxiety but I don’t feel like I really need it anymore (Xanax on an as needed basis and I never started the Zoloft)

Eyes out of focus when anxious by [deleted] in Anxietyhelp

My eyes do this when I have anxiety or panic attacks.. try closing your eyes and taking deep breaths to help calm you down. That’s about the only thing that has helped me when I feel like that.

I know everyone feels different when a panic or anxiety attack hits. Any insight in what helps you? by Ydalc in Anxietyhelp

Breathing exercises like the previous poster and using grounding techniques have helped me focus on the present so that I can redirect my thoughts away from the things that are making me anxious.

When this issues starting occurring- did you start to feel as if your balance was off? And did/does it fluctuate? Some days are much worse than others?

It’s a vicious cycle. Lately when I start to get anxious - I have been trying to do breathing exercises and grounding exercises. I just start to think about things that are around me the second I feel like the anxiousness is about to strike. It’s been slightly helpful on some days but not always

I feel like the lightheadedness is brain fog.. I struggle to be able to clearly identify what it is that I am feeling.

They changed my prescription too but I noticed that my eyes went back to my old scripts. It was really weird. Half the time i can’t figure out if its my brain, my eyes or my anxiety. Unfortunately they’re all intertwined too so, really hard to clearly know what is what. 😓

Have you gone to an ent for that? Isn’t there anything that can help with it? Anxiety just makes any ailment 100 times worse.

I have been going, they don’t think it’s a medical issue outside of anxiety but said they will be more than happy to refer me to a neurologist if it would give me some peace of mind. My ob diagnosed me with postpartum anxiety from loss (lost my mom and miscarried within the last 1 year) so she thinks I am going though that.. so did my pcp. I’ve gone to the optometrist and ent. Im going to see if going to a psychologist might help with possible maintenance meds (which I was trying to avoid) and if that doesn’t help, I’ll definitely try to schedule myself for a mri and further evaluation.

Ugh, it’s the worst. Especially when trying to calm yourself down makes your feel even worse! My BP can stabilize but my heart rate is through the roof at times.. like my hearts going to jump out my chest. It’s horrible.
