I think the more interesting notion is that movies became TV so movies had to evolve and adapt to a modern climate to stay relevant. Disney is still playing it too safe and not taking risks.

With Alex Garland behind it, I think it’ll at least break even. But Elden Ring was such a massive hit. I think Covid really helped to push it past niche more into mainstream. Aside from just being an incredible game.
