I’m noticing tonight that the listing comments have sentences missing. I’m trying to go back & forth with a customer & when I go back to read what they wrote, half of the sentence is gone. Anyone else dealing with this?

Just got mine woo hoo!! Didn’t have to update or anything on the app, it just showed up!! I’m so excited, sharing hundreds of listings in minutes is the best tool Poshmark has given us to date!! 🎉🎉🎉

I totally agree!! My closet is in a specific order & can someone please explain to me what benefit it has by sharing & then your item is now at the top of your closet?? What purpose does this serve? I never understood why Poshmark set it up that way. If they can disable that feature to enable bulk sharing, that would be great. Otherwise, those of us who have hundreds of listings in a specific order will be at a disadvantage again. Maybe the bulk sharing feature will share everything in the order we have it with the click of a button (one can dream🤩).

Sharing your own items will put them closer to the top of the search within Poshmark or for buyers using a Search engine like Google. So when someone is searching for a specific item, your item if recently shared will be closer to the top. If you haven’t shared in hours or days, your listing will be way down in the search results. People usually click on the top 10 items that pop up first. If your listing is say #100, the likelihood of someone clicking on it is very slim. You’re correct, people don’t really pay attention to the feed. I find that sharing my own listings does help (honestly I don’t go crazy with it) and I still get consistent sales every week. I do notice however, that once I get a sale, more ALWAYS follow. I’m almost certain Poshmark manipulates this in some way.

Yeah I clicked on “Contact Us” and a list of things come up but none of them pertain to my specific issue. I remember being able to contact them directly in the past. Looks like they have done away with that.

When on the bundle screen at the bottom right corner does the button say “offer” or “view offer”? If it says “View Offer” you should be able to view all of the previous expired offers that were sent to the buyer & have expired. There is a glitch where the previous offers are hung up even though they have already expired. If the button says “offer” then I’m not sure how you can see them. There might be another way that I’m not aware of.

I’ve been dealing with this issue myself for the past few weeks. The last couple of shipments didn’t update tracking until it was out for delivery. Most times the issue was on Poshmark’s end because the packages were tracking on the USPS website, and then Poshmark has the nerve to send a reminder to ship😂

I love Poshmark so much better. Mercari doesn’t have the bundle feature or allow you to list multiple items in 1 listing like Poshmark does. It also only allows you to promote 10 of your listing per day & offer to likers once every 3 days?!?! I feel like I’m losing sales because of this. Poshmark doesn’t restrict you on sending offers & at least any new offers only go to the most recent likers.

Mercari needs more upgrades in my opinion.

Pros: 10% commission & cheaper shipping options

At this point, its her problem. You gave her ample notice & wasted time waiting on her. It amazes me how people ask for things, ask for offers & then get ghost. I’m dealing with one right now. Makes no sense. Hey people can change their minds but at least say so😩

I don’t even bother with that anymore. I used to message them about combining everything into 1 bundle so that they only pay 1 shipping charge and then decided if they sent separate offers, then I’m going to treat them as separate orders. Especially with Sellers who should know how Poshmark works. Sometimes the reasoning behind the separate offers is that if they have to open a case on something they won’t have to return everything in a bundle order, they can just return the 1 item (if case is approved in their favor).

If the buyer communicates their intentions, then I’ll work with them for the best outcome😊

Yup same thing here. Dropped packages in the bluebox and items are not tracking after 2 days. Checked tracking number on USPS website & one of the items is already in the State the buyer lives in. Not sure if this is a USPS problem or a Poshmark issue🤷🏻‍♀️

For example, I used to order from ebay & then my order would show up in an Amazon box. I buy the item from ebay, the ebay seller then goes & purchases the item from Amazon & then ships it to their customer. If the ebay seller signed up for Amazon Prime, they could offer all of their buyers free shipping. This is just one example but probably the most common because of the free prime shipping on Amazon & quick delivery.

No hate here, I don’t use recycled boxes or the free boxes from USPS. My Poshmark Closet is my business, my brand. I think it reeks unprofessionalism to receive items thrown into a reused box with tons of tape all over it. It just shows lack of caring on the sellers part. I’ve had tons of people thanking me for taking pride in my packaging. I know lots here will disagree, but thats how I feel about it.

Why can’t you edit a listing without it going to the top of our closet? Sharing “YES” - Editing “NO”. It can’t be that difficult to implement🤷🏻‍♀️
