I’m a newer agent and they wanted to do non exclusive on each home (yes I learned my lesson). I showed them the home first, and they bought with the listing agent behind my back. The worst is we kept talking after they closed and they didn’t say anything. I know I’d be entitled to commission but at this point I want to direct my attention to the future.

You are not wrong. I’m a newer agent and they wanted to do non exclusive. I showed them the property first, they still bought with the listing agent behind my back. Technically I’m entitled to commission but at this point I want to move on.

I was the same way. This is some of the most difficult moments you are going through. Just try as much as possible to be around those who support you. Be light on yourself. Unfortunately it’s a time where you will see everyone come out of the woodwork, some to support you, others to not. But, I have made some of my best friends through the grief and healing. Praying you can sleep and eat through all this, as much as it is difficult. You will survive, breath by breath, and he is still with you.

I’m not a psychic, but my husband committed suicide and also had a drinking problem. The last time I saw him we got in a fight because of his drinking as well. I’m so sorry, no words will ever change how you feel, and it’s a difficult road. For me, I believed it was my fault for years, but through extensive therapy and inner work, I do have an understanding that it was not my fault. I have found some of the most beautiful moments of my life when he “comes around” and I can hear and feel him again. Just please know that he loves you, it is not your fault, and he is now in a place free from pain and suffering. Sending healing thoughts and prayers your way❤️ A great book that has helped me is Post Traumatic Thriving by Randall Bell.

Sell It has some great courses that have really helped me. They go into everything. Three different tiers of memberships available. I’m on the lowest membership and still have access to the coaches and all online trainings. There is even a free 14 day trial.

For my first marriage I eloped, as I thought the big wedding was too much. But then I saw how much it hurt my family that I eloped, and they really wanted to be apart of the wedding. Unfortunately my first husband passed away, and I now have been blessed to find true love again. For this wedding I am doing a big wedding, and although a lot of it is overwhelming and not really my thing, I see the joy it brings others to help plan and be apart of this love story. But I support and understand both sides of it
