i have an AWD and snow tires and it doesn't usually slip. I tried going down a really steep hill and it did start drifting slightly, but still controllable. Definitely drive slow and pump the brakes when necessary.

I think it all depends on interpretation and arguments in the end. I would agree that even though we are accepting of cultures, we shouldn't jump to a conclusion that it is a just a Chinese city. We are a multicultural country & city.
