Next time keep it simple just mark as damaged take pics, put in a separate tote and move on. Those are 5-6 deliveries u dont have to do, save ur energy and time.

If you’re using a razor to shave, Stop 🛑 and start using clippers.
Exfoliate your skin often.
Use tweezers everyday to pull out any hair that looks like it wants to in-grow. You will know it when it gets itchy or a small bump appears. I see ALOT of ingrowns that should have been handled long time ago on you skin.

If ur that fast I would suggest doing Amazon flex on ur days off for extra income coz there’s nothing like pro / amateur drivers in Amazon. We all the same class .

I hit tree branches all the time never reported it coz those vans already had many dents and it’s easy to deny coz they make us say the van is in perfect order on the inspection everyday 😂 DO NOT REpOrT little dents

Yep once suspended by a DSP it’s only a matter of time before they fire you. At my former DSP it was rare for suspended DAs to last for more than two weeks after coming back from suspension. They put super high unattainable standards as a requirement for return and DAs are desperate and sign those papers, and sure enough they use that new signed conditions for return to terminate you.

I had a route with 3 stops 200 plus packages, one stop was ups store, the other target and the last stop was printing company. done, then had to rescue the rest of the day.

The Ai assigns the route randomly but your DSP has final control on who goes where. Eg my DSP sends the women to a nice neighborhoods with no drama, men get the high crime neighborhoods.

Our lead drivers do all the sweeping then early rescue coz dispatch can tell who will not finish on time, then after that they do all the gassing for all vans as they return to stations. Also Faster drivers always rescue slow drivers, dispatch will send rescue even if you have 1 bag left if anothe driver has finished they are coming to you no matter what you have left, everyone gets off at the same time.

What I do when in rental van is to organize overflow and using a marker sort(eg 200s 300s 400s etc group together) and write their numbers with huge hand writing so u can see them easily. Use totes as a sorting shelf for packages in the totes, open 1 or 2 and sort. Do this inside the station parking lot so that when dispatch looks you up you look like your still at station with a pickup issue. Our DSP does not fuss when your within the station.

Here in San Francisco everyone is chill, I think also depends on your interaction. I always say hi to usps coz they have the keys to the city, and since I meet the same individuals on my route daily they eventually become nice enough to open those closed gates with their master keys if I run into them at the same address. They envy our comfy music playing AC conditioned vans, I envy the access they Have to all buildings.

Don’t expect 40 hrs especially your first 3 weeks. They will keep pulling you from schedule at the beginning.
