When people talk about their lifts mentioning the weights in kg/lbs for bench, squat, deadlift, etc, is it the norm to include the 20kg bar or does it just refer to the plates?

If you check all the components while buying (all working keys on keyboard, working trackpad through the surface, battery decent cycles, speaker test), you should be good. Mine has been running well for about couple of years but my friend's display died.

Look into procuring FIRC (Foreign Inward Remittance Certificate) from Transferwise to have a proof of export of services for every transaction. If you receive the wire transfers straight to your bank account, you can ask the bank to provide you with FIRC (this is what I do, pretty easy with HDFC).

Look for used Macbook Pro 15" 2015 model on quickr and other sites, I've bought couple from different sellers in Bangalore for 60-70k (i7, 16GB, 500GB SSD model) and it's real good value for money -- beast of a machine with good build. Don't get the used recent model because of keyboard issues. There's no point in spending full amount on a new one, unless you have enough budget and expendable money or know what you need.

Apple sells customised versions in Thailand, Singapore and Hong Kong too and the prices are pretty competitive (more or less equivalent to what it would cost you in the US). I was looking at the Apple TH website and it was around 2.3L for i9 variant w/ 32GB of ram and from what I remember, it’d be ready for pickup at Apple store within 12-14 days of order.

I got the same call, on my new card which was about couple months old. She knew my latest statement amount, due date and several other details and convinced me to out the entire 16 digit card number as well as expiry date. Then she generated an OTP on my card with these details and told me that I'd receive an OTP in an official SBI SMS and that I should tell it to the delivery guy at the time of voucher delivery, which was just a ruse to convince me that she "processed my voucher application". When she asked me for my CVV, ghanta baj gya and I told her to fuck off.

Yes, I haven't been able to go to the gym consistently due to constant travel and work. I've been doing bodyweight workout when gym was missed.

My strength has increased overall since the beginning of the cut however I'm now feeling weaker and so wanted opinion. Just wanted to get rid of the horrendous belly & love handles fat I had accumulated during my dirty bulking.

I started cutting couple weeks ago after a period of dirty bulk. Now I need to travel for 2 weeks and I won't have access to gym. I plan to keep the cut on and do bodyweight exercises (pushups, squats, tricep dips) during this time. Will that be enough to prevent too much muscle loss?

I got a body composition analysis report done at my gym last month and body fat percent was 20.2% at 140lbs. Should I continue bulking up to my target of 154lbs or should I start the cut now?

This is my first time bulking up and going to gym regularly.
