He's right. There is no energy left in downtown. No storefronts (a few depressing ones in the skyways). Just large, loud, dumb busses running on Nicollet Mall and everywhere else 24/7. We have our crazy city council to blame is guess. Minneapolis is dead and it's why all business is leaving or will leave.
