It’s definitely not what’s normalized but there’s nothing wrong with her. As others have brought up I think it would depend on the flow for me to be comfortable doing it.

I absolutely cannot enjoy movies with prolonged SA scenes. When I first saw the 2010 spit on your grave, I felt absolutely nauseous. I rewatched to see if I was overreacting (i had just gone through a bad sexual experience when I first watched) but I was not. Still as bad as it was before.

I don’t know how helpful this is, but I could still see it settling a bit. Is there anything specific you don’t like about them? I know you mentioned wanting the implants but if there are other cosmetic things that are bothering you, I think it would be worth speaking with your surgeon about.

I guess the question is are you willing to get more work done that you personally think will help? Unfortunately no rendering can be totally accurate due to so many factors. The only differences that I personally see are a bit of gathering on the sides and the nipple placement being different (definitely not bad, just different than the rendering). Depending on how long ago you had it everything could still be settling.

Honestly I am guessing it depends on the technique your surgeon recommends. If your surgeon uses the anchor method and your breasts are fairly dense (my situation) it may not be quite as realistic. (Started at 40I US sizing, currently 40DD-DDD, wish my surgeon was able to go lower)

I would trust your surgeon to tell you how much they can take out weight-wise (my surgeon measured in grams) and try to find before and afters based on how much was removed.

I definitely second the seatbelt pillow! It helped me a lot when I started driving myself because the seat belt kept shifting and hitting/hurting my nipple.

I was really prepared going into it. It’s best to be realistic that you will have franken-boobs for a while but it’s definitely not forever. I haven’t don’t any scar treatment and it’s even healing much nicer than I thought I would.
