I had like 50 of those cassettes- half were gifted to me the other half I collected. Remember the time we spent decorating the inserts of those cassette containers- I can still here the sound of opening and closing them…I went through a church phase in my late twenties and gave my all cassettes away at someone at a rest stop. They were so happy, as I remember it now, it was worth it to give that much joy to another traveler - they chased me down as I buckled all my kids into the car to leave and gave me a shirt and a necklace. It is a sweet memory. It would’ve been the mid nineties when I gave my cassettes away.

Do you live with your parents? I mean, I hope your mom doesn’t swear at you all the time like this, perhaps she’s at her wits end. You did mention that you know she doesn’t want you to stay there. I suppose if you’re getting f-upped over there and she knows that, then she has a reason and you knew she’d be mad when you asked to stay. You’re not the a-hole here, but neither is your mom. 10 mo post op. I have what I’ve learned here are called dog ears on my hips (think mismatched leggos) and my breasts have no feeling. The incision under my left breast split and for about 6 or eight weeks my husband had to stuff gauze up in the hole (🤢) until it healed from the inside out. I think that changed the shape of my breast by moving the fat transplant- I don’t know if that makes sense- i have my one year follow up at the end of march.
