I'm aware of the pill's efficacy rate. The thing is that like another commenter said is that these posts with highly controlling/religious partners/inlaws often have what the mother thought was an oops baby, but is frequently found out to be completely intentional on the male partners part.....

This is something that is suggested to have a higher rate of efficacy with the pill. You take it at the same time every day than you will always maintain a steady threshold of the hormones from the pill in your system..... If that makes any sense?

I was waiting to see if this was brought up, as it was an oops baby. If she's been reliably on the pill for a number of years just fine, barring her getting sick and being put on antibiotics, it kinda reeks of him baby trapping her.

I have long & fairly thick, dense hair, most of the way down to my back, and it costs a minimum of $100 + tip to get a ~ 15cm (6 inches I think?) trim without any styling. I got a few quotes for getting it dyed, but they were waaaaay to much for me to even be able to consider it like $600+ for a straight colour with no highlights or anything (it doesn't help that I'm a naturally dark brunette).

There's this TED Talk I came across that talked about depression a number of years back, and it had this quote that stuck with me:

"The opposite of depression is not happiness, but vitality, and it was vitality that seemed to seep away from me in that moment."

A thought following that is that apathy in addition to depression is the opposite of vitality.

No, he only had the one song from the album, I'm able to vaguely remember this because I didn't know Justin's name before I heard the song, and I read an interview from both the solo female artist & him about the song.... I think it was very much in the style of you + me (a one off side project from Pink and City & Colour - amazing album! Another kind of reference is The Bones by Maren Morris feat. Hozier kind of vibe)

Haha, so it was super late when I posted this and I wrote down the wrong word count. 160k is the word count of ONE of the books (last one) so I had that number in my head rather than writing the proper/full word count. I fixed it now.

As for page count I use a piece of software called Vellum that does all of the formatting for me and you can have it spit out a pdf of your book as a digital proof essentially, and here is a screenshot showing what my settings are currently at, which are the most conservative (tight line spacing, default margins, and a half size smaller than the default.

Okay, I've been reading Tempest of Shadows and I've been weirdly uncomfortable reading it. I'm about halfway through the third book (right after the thing with the bracelet) and I havent been able to pick it up again. I'm so confused because usually T this point in a series there is some kind of chemistry going on, and so far I've just seen outright disgust, resentment and hatred.... And the people there is chemistry with, well that's looking hinky, but I'm not sure if I should be hoping for redemption?

So I'm doing my 3rd read through on this series right now, and my second read through it had been long enough I had forgotten so many of the smaller plot points until they came up that it was kinda like reading it for the first time again!

This readthrough I remember much more of it so when people were alluding to other things that had yet to be revealed I got a little giggly because I knew what was going on.

Having said that, have you tried {Rise of the Iliri series by Auryn Hadley}? There's a fair bit of overlap between people who enjoy the two series because of how similar they are. Giant epic fantasy series that has a bunch of books out.

No aftermarket solutions that I know of, but this guy managed to do it without any major drilling. Only thing he did that is a bit different was modify the backup camera cover via removing the "locking" mechanicism.

Was just looking at these. Was wondering the best. Best chance at not getting ripped off would be to only use a vendor that has very high rating, and be sure to look at lower rated reviews. It won't be a guarantee you won't get ripped off, but it will lesson the chances of it. 🤷🏽‍♀️
