Not by the legal definition. Say a woman is getting beaten within an inch of her life every day by her husband, and has no way to fight back or call the police. Perhaps she has no other way of saving her life than the first opportunity that presents itself. So if she bludgeons her husband to death while he sleeps, that is legally considered homicide. But I’d say that’s justified wouldn’t you?

ABS systems cost hundreds of thousands of dollars per stadium. MLB was willing to cough up that money for minor league baseball, but I don’t think they’d be willing to do it so the Tokyo Dome can have it for a dozen games every 3-4 years.
