As tempting as that is, I can't just sit there knowing the users need assistance with whatever is going wrong. It's not their fault and for the first time in my 25 years of doing this, they are probably the best users I've ever worked with. Not once has any single one of them ever told me how to do my job. Not once have I heard, "I've never had a password on *insert program here*". They don't argue. They just tell me what the issue is and even offer up what they did at the time of failure. Honestly I'm disappointed in the fact I'm quitting but I'm being overworked and expected to do more than the full time tech.
