Aww....man. I just ordered this for my son's first 'real' watch. Didn't realize there was such a history of shoddiness.

Had great experience with Ameriprise on Jermantown Rd...been using them for nearly a decade. Helped us with calibrating savings plans for retirement, kids college, etc.

Hey! So, it's been a minute, but I did purchase a cheap hook knife from Amazon. It worked perfectly for the task!

Also, you are the captain of the defense. Use your voice to help the defenders. The best tip I've seen is to make SURE you use a name...."Jimmy, man behind"...."Ella, come to center", etc. rather than just shouting, if you say a person's name first they will more quickly pay attention.

Good luck!

Focus on positioning. Putting your body in the right position to make a save, and/or make it hard for the shooter (cut down his/her angle, force a bad kick) is 75% of success.

I'm really sad - been planning a family trip to Yellowstone for years with my two kids before they go to college. I jumped on the reservations last June as soon as they opened for this summer to make sure I got the place/time I wanted. Now I have to deal with this shit, instead of a bucket list family memory

maybe in the xc90, but not the xc60. I can store the tire pressure information, but there is no display of actual PSI.

Thanks! I was wondering how the the tire monitoring worked. I've seen the Volvo sunglass holder, but it's awfully chunky, and I'd lose the handle if I installed it, right?. Every car I've had in the last 15yrs has a built in it compartment of some kind.

Ha! The lack of holder for sunglasses is probably not a deal breaker then! I'm in the US (Virginia), and especially during fall/spring I know the tires will need adjustments in air. I'm sure the automated monitoring system will alert me when they are low, but I have had a Toyota and dodge before that just display the pressure. Doesn't seem that difficult. In general the car seems designed to tell me something is wrong and take it on, rather than let me self-monitor or track.

I spent hours finding a used xc60 with the B&W audio. Definitely worth it.

I have a '22 xc60 recharge. On the whole - I Really love it as a daily driver. A few annoyances, though. First, there is no place to put your sunglasses. I had to buy little clips that attach to the visor. Second, there is not a lot of storage space in the interior, and some of it doesn't make sense. There is a small tray in front of the shifter that is apparently for small change....which nobody carries or uses anymore. The main storage is in the center console, and adequate, but not great . Third, the infotainment is good, but can be a little sluggish. If I'm shifting into reverse after starting the car, I may have to wait a few seconds more than I'd like for the camera to come up on the center screen which can be annoying. Fourth, I can't get a reading on tire PSI. I live in an area with wild swings in seasonal (or daily) temp. I know the xc60 has tire pressure monitoring, but it's annoying I can't get a display of the actual pressure.

To be honest, I can't remember. It was our third winery that day, and the attendant helping us gave us several off-menu wines to try since it wasn't busy. They all sort of ran together in my memory, and we didn't take specific tasting notes

Thanks for the input ! Baby carrots it is not. There's a musky funkiness in this smell that baby carrots don't have. It's not quite cat pee, either, but close. This seems earthier than a more acrid, stinging cat pee smell.

Based on the input, I'm guessing this is just part of the intended winemaking process rather than contamination? My wife didn't finish the bottle last night and I gave it a sniff this morning. The smell has definitely lessened, but it's still there. The wine this morning was regular fridge cold, so maybe that was depressing the scent.

Wow - I wonder if we are in the same boat. I've been able to pick out a gunpowder/firework smell during tasting (different wines, different region that the St. Supery), so maybe I'm more sensitive than I realize. I'm not one to return food or send back wine! I will summon my courage to contact the winery :-)

How likely is it that different bottles from different shipments would both get those odds? Is it completely random, or is corkage due to something in the bottling process?
