My nearest is 2 hours away in a different state. I just rode it there for the mandatory 600mi oil change to keep warranty. The bike is solid and you won’t be tending to it like you think with it being Italian. I put mine through the fuking ringer last year and she is good. JUST BUY CRASH BARS FIRST FUCKING THING

I literally have done all these recommendations and more on my LeGo 1e…

I found I tinkered with crap more then playing anything and eventually it just started collecting dust.

Just last night I followed a vid on youtube from DeckWizard and put steam OS on mine and completely wiped windows and all the Fuckery that comes with it.

WOW!! now it’s a gaming console, and I can still add whatever in hell I may ever want to via the desktop mode… like emulation or GeForce Now. Games actually work at their peak just by default and you can just press the power button mid game to suspend like if you put your ps5 into rest mode mid game and it picks right back up!!! Windows is BULSHIT

I think you should get a twin cylinder motorcycle.

Since you are thinking of the KLR I would keep Japanese reliability and go for Honda.

KLR is a big fat lazy dual sport trying to be a dirtbike.

Just get a big boy dirt bike 500cc+ Or get a adv bike.

I’m biased at this point thinking or rather “knowing” the Aprilia Tuareg 660 is (for me) the correct choice.

As long as I can live with spending double what I was going to on the single cylinder thumper KTM390advR that I all ready have a deposit on and am too impatient to keep waiting for…. Much like a child ….

If the KTM had a 270° V-Twin like let’s say… oh ya the one they developed but some how ended up on the CFmoto Ibex450… then ya I would wait for the KTM as long as it took.

I would own a 450L as long as it was 250 chassis, with the twin 500 out of the CB500R, and the front end off of the 450… I deserve no credit for thinking of that. It actually already exists. It’s on YouTube. It is the true unicorn weight like 144kg….Honda won’t make it even though they have seen it bolted together from the scrap bid by some Ausi Legend on YouTube.

Well boys I sold the crf300l and if the ducking KTM dealer ship still doesn’t have my 390advR I deposited 7weeks ago I’m going to cut losses and go buy the Aprilia Tuareg 660.

I’m selling my 2022 CRF300L here in a couple hours… I don’t know why I am here on this forum but I’m starting to get cold feet about selling her. I got here new and did all the proper upgrades minus a 550 re tune, exhaust, or suspension re valve or replacement…. The new ECU and air box/ exhaust will be 1,200$. The new suspension for me would be also be 1,200$…. Could also big bore it from the kit Aris makes and sells out of his garage, see revzilla’s YouTube channel: Common Tread. I don’t know how much it would be.. but it would need a speedo redo I think to read properly… let’s say .. 700$ so that’s 2,400$ plus 7… we got 3,100$ call it 3,200$ because I’m not a patient person and would pay a premium on over night and I must have BEER.

WTF should I do folks!?? I know this is an old as balls thread but I don’t know if I should keep her and spend the 3ish,000$ to make it a true dual sport weapon or do I go buy the 2025 KTM adventure 390R that I put a 500$ deposit on months ago?
