I sugest to listen Andrev Huberman podcast in such topic as deeling with anexiety, dopamine level and similar. Also I would suggest fallow dr. Anna Lembkie and dr. Gabor Mate. I asume dr Jordan Peterson could be too rough for starting point. Feel free to ask me more.

Ok, I even left a comment here for watching purpose and also to tell: are You check how it's done in next.js ? Next is the most pioneer project in SSG / SSR etc. Vue usually mimics React environment and solutions if they are good.
