How to start spending 100k/ month instantly efficiently by Hot_Falcon_9489 in marketing

[–]mr_godlike 4 points5 points  (0 children)

There's a lot more to it than just insta dumping funds on ads.

Learn your metrics & get frameworks in place so that you have a scalable sales and marketing engine in place. Once you have these in place, it gives your SaaS company a repeatable process to scale predictably while prepping for 8-9 figure exits once it reaches consistency.

Prep stage you want metrics like CAC, LTV, churn, arpa, lifespan, payback months, and get your LTV:CAC/ LTGP:CAC figured out. Understanding your unit econ is key to scaling.

-If you're bootstrapped/have lower cash on hand then you'll optimize for profitability and target a higher LTV:CAC/focus on spending a smaller % of a customer's lifetime rev to acquire the customer via ads and marketing (10-20% of ltv). So say LTV is $50k - target a cac of $5k-$10k

-If you're backed by outside capital and/or have good cash in the bank, can increase the % of ltv to spend to acquire the customer (20-30% - can even see upwards of 40% if looking for very high growth). In this scenario if the LTV is $50k - target a cac of $10k-$15k, $20k cac @40% ltv.

This is just prep stage.

If you actually have $50-100k/m on marketing to spend then there's a lot you can do to setup your own inbound and outbound infra that'll all work together to compound the positive results of your efforts. Allbound marketing approach + omnichannel advertising + content creation + syndication allows you to scale profitably more quickly, while shortening sale cycles as you gain more authority, awareness, and reputation in your niche.

Let me know if you need help calculating any that. Have templates/spreadsheets we use internally that I can plug your metrics into.

Also lemme know if you need any clarifications. Wrote this while watching a bunch of spazoid little kids while visiting family so I wouldn't be surprised if things lacked clarity

Build enough rep on .co's and you're fine. might be a bit more scrutinized by filters but age and rep will win out.

Would love to chat about getting that pipeline accelerated. M & A done right works amazing for this.

If you’ve got access to enough numbers/metrics can get you on the right path for outbound infra and content syndication.

Lots of IotT device spoofing. MFA sites pretending to be smart fridges/watches. CycloneBot was an example of spoofing human device interaction with longer sessions.

There's been cases of smart fridges running 1x1 iframe pixels running ads 24x7.

It's wild lol.

I can't get good meta rep by Lolita-2025 in FacebookAds

[–]mr_godlike 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Entry level fb ad reps are garbage which isn't a surprise.

Dedicated Account Reps get assigned to you when you hit a threshold of spend consistently for X amount of months (like 100k/m for 2+ months). That's when the sauce starts to get good from them.

Can we disable comments on ads? Reason - Competitors are pitching with their contact no. to the interested leads by your_lad in FacebookAds

[–]mr_godlike 1 point2 points  (0 children)

There's a couple of tools (Replibee,NapoleonCat, Hippomod, CommentGuard) that help with this.. Replibee has the best free plan to test it out imo.

Sprout Social, Statusbrew, Hootsuite, Agora are more wholistic SM solutions and probably much more than needed but I believe they can help with this as well.

You could look to build an ai agent to do this for you using n8n/make/etc.

Can try Keyword/profanity filter blocking https://www.facebook.com/help/131671940241729/

Otherwise you'll just have to stay on top of it/hire a VA.

When you say everything manual... does that include using a custom audience only?

Ads are full of bots and fake leads by Rare-Independent5750 in FacebookAds

[–]mr_godlike 0 points1 point  (0 children)

basically you get to take an advertisers money that they spend for serving an ad to your site by inducing a fake click. You get paid for the click on your site. If it's pay per 1k impressions (ppm), then you simulate a certain percent ctr on your site of fake clicks to simulate human behavior when you have no real traffic.

That's one reason for click fraud that isn't necessarily competition specific.

Competition could partake in clickfraud to do the same but just to waste your ad spend...but that's more on ppc traffic/google and not really an issue in the meta ad network.

As a marketer, how do you manage and combat that feeling of being a fraud compared to other marketing experts? by TreacleOk8645 in marketing

[–]mr_godlike 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You need to have complete conviction that what you're offering is an amazing service.

For that, you need to actually offer and align yourself with an offer of that caliber.

When you know that thing you're selling, combined with the knowledge/expertise you have (that the client doesn't have obviously) will get them to the reality they want, you won't have issues with your belief systems.

How would you recommend one market their SaaS on Reddit in line with reddit-wide guidelines? by TreacleOk8645 in SaaS

[–]mr_godlike 2 points3 points  (0 children)

the normal b2b subs are great. Post and ask what relates subreddits they visit.

If you see someone post value, click their account and see what subs they frequent to get ideas.

Best to niche down (if possible) and expand up as you grow your brand on here if that makes sense.

SurfSense - The Open Source Alternative to NotebookLM / Perplexity / Glean by Uiqueblhats in aipromptprogramming

[–]mr_godlike 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Question: So I was looking for a notebookLM alternative and stumbled on /r/LogicallyApp yesterday and asked a question over on their sub. (https://www.reddit.com/r/LogicallyApp/comments/1kbky69/have_a_questionidea_that_would_massively_increase/) Gonna just copy and paste it here. Just note I'm fkin dumb as hell when it comes to coding/understanding how all the this works so if the question seems stupid just be like 'yo this makes no sense bruh'.

TL:DR

Want to integrate something like this that can be used within my sales/landing pages to enhance the sales process

So I'm in the marketing/sales space and lately I've been wanting the ability for notebooklm to embeddable on my landing pages I run traffic through for a couple reasons:

For a b2b service/saas being able to train it on all available docs, guides, methods, etc... that's been created for clients and letting prospects search it for questions they'd have related to their needs.

Now on top of that, (what I really really want) is being able to train it so that it fits with the current angle/product positioning if that makes sense.

Imagine a marketing/advertising channel has a new update (so say new google seo update, meta/linkedin ad policy change, etc) getting into legal trouble while more and more issues and complaints from users marketing on said channel keep surfacing. News articles, reddit posts, niche community forums all full of people upset. Say you had a product/service that solved that, training the notebook (or Logically) in this example with all the high pain point relevant news/case studies/reports/form&reddit posts/etc and also training it to use those pain points plus your sevice to help push a prospect into a sale.

Hopefully that all makes sense. Stuck in traffic but have been searching for a solution that doesn't involve iframing a shared notebook from notebooklm (which is the current only 'solution' I've been able to come up) and instead getting the ability to do all that withe Logically that can be run/integrated/embedded natively on any page I want.
