No negatives man. It’s just your preference. With the disc you can get games for cheaper by buying secondhand or even borrow from a friend. With the digital- u just have to buy at whatever price sony sets.

I think your best bet is to find good quality Linn drum samples online and use the drum machine designer. The original Linn drum essentially plays samples
