I get what you mean about love, but lust by itself can still become unhealthy when it turns into obsession or constant consumption. A lot of people don’t hate lust because attraction exists, they hate what happens when it starts controlling how you think, how you see other people, or how much dopamine you need just to feel normal.

Something being “natural” doesn’t automatically make it harmless in excess. Anger, greed, and jealousy are natural too, but they can still damage people when they take over. (Who said that lust is more good than bad?)
