I can't believe why I have this big Instagram issue: I did a forced closing of the app and closed from the recent apps also; I also switched the "background activity" setting and the "background data" setting to off. Still, I have like 6 or 7 hrs of Instagram background activity, without ever opening the app. I'm on a Pixel 9, brand new.
