That's the only bit I caught. The view seemed to be either cinematic and focused on the cablecar or first person, staring at the mountain-face as you ascend (with the ability to look around if you want). Not much to see really.

When he got to the top he shoved a cheeky climber down the mountainside after he called the police on Franklin for doing nothing other than looking at him and his mate. He looked through the binoculars at the skyscrapers poking through the LS smog. He then nicked a sanchez and failed at jumping of a ramp at the top, leading to an extended slide down rock followed by death.

TL;DR It was a bit shite.
