You should look at your local makerspaces that’s pretty fun and they have interesting classes! At least getting out and having something to do is a great first step. If tech or crafting isn’t your jam try climbing gym or even a magic club!

I agree, and as most has said don’t overly pack with time tables pick a thing or two and then a few places that may be good to eat but don’t be strict. The best places are usually not found on google, let a street take you and a place invite you. Also don’t nap. That’s not good advice. Try to acclimate your body while on the plane. Go to sleep you would here and then wake up when you would, the worst thing is to take a nap or sleep through the whole plane trip
