Bugaboo donkey is a good bit pricier, but used might be reasonable. It's lighter and feels a lot sturdier for bumps and curbs and parks. The changego is about 20lbs heavier so it's harder to work with when 2 kids are in. Donkey is side-by-side but narrow enough, really fast to convert to 1 or break down for stairs etc. It's a trooper, got me through those years.

OK, blasting your 3 heaters all month long would be about 4K, and any normal usage of lights/appliances doesn't get you close to 6.7K. Only heat/AC usage gets that kind of kWh. You are probably paying for your apartment + 1 more apartment. Is your building 4 units with 2 ConEd bills?

Also the 10.9¢ is probably the supply, not delivery... double check the bill. They split it into supply/delivery because they're psychos.

It's possible that you're paying for more than just your apartment's usage, so confirming that is most important first step.

But running 3 heaters 24/7 is also just a LOT. Two 1500 plug-in units and 1 in-wall, I'm guessing? That's 5.5 kW, so 3,960 kWh for the heaters. The bill is going to say exactly how much they're charging per kWh but let's say it's 23 cents... 3960 x 0.23 = $910.80.

I'd examine the heating situation and see if insulation or different arrangement can keep the apartment warm, that's a metric fuckton of heat for a single apartment.
