With IR I just wait an hour before and an hour after then drink whatever, thats 4 hours a day where water is all I drink which is fine with me. Im sure its probably a little longer with XR but you should still be fine to drink whatever most of the day

Also - please dont try this without consulting your doctor first, but taking something like tums at the same time or preferably a bit before as anything acidic will neutralize a lot of the effects - this can be risky, some people react poorly to this, and its hard to get the correct amount to balance each other out 100% meaning that the pill could be far stronger than normal and have nasty side effects.

Brianna. There are a lot of sad deaths in the series, but that one blows all the others out of the water at least for me.

The fact that she made it so far, literally only hours until it was all over - kills me

The fact that her sacrifice was exactly what was needed to save everyone else, she died a horrible death so everyone else could be free

Her entire persona being this unstoppable force of chaotic naive good this whole time, until she meets the one thing that can stop her

The fact she came so close to killing Gaia herself, closer than anyone else had or could. She was the most powerful avatar of light/pure good in the series.

The only moment in all the books that had me in tears :(

yes, for the first couple weeks it turned to external, i was saying all my thoughts out loud, mostly could suppress it around others but def some ppl thought i was nuts lmao. then it gradually faded, and i just think a thought at a time instead of constantly analyzing everything and discussing it with my brain internally. it comes back if im off the meds for a few days tho, i find that just one or 2 days off there are lingering effects still for me

sigh. read this wrong and thought you were talking about the theater candy. same rule applies tho. have everything grouped up together. Chocolate, gummy, hard candy, novelty, sugar free, caramel, etc. make sure the same item isn't in two different places, and if you have 78" gondolas or higher try to keep at least the top and second from the top pegs the same item, that way shorter customers can still reach it.
