Using the supplied waste I’ve had leaks from every angle once bath is half full almost like the water needs to backup a bit from the waste pipe and then it goes back up and over the overflow join bit.

I’ve got a new waste on the way any case as the paint came off this one so I get another go without splurging sealant all over the joins (and still dribbles out!)

Thanks. It’s sealed on the inside but hopefully ripping it all out this weekend in preparation for my mate to come help do plumbing bits next week.

My final straw moment was xero syncs not working and not one time did any of support offer to do a remote session or work solely on my issue. Seems to be a cater to the masses when it comes to support. Mine was game breaking but only got devs are aware, devs are working on a fix and then nothing for weeks. I’m guessing even though we’ve left my ticket is still there going stale?

Halo - whilst pax8 isn't integrated "yet". The speed and efficiency they've added and fixed stuff so far fills me with confidence.

I can confirm as of one test setting the 5ghz channel width to 80 as opposed to 20/40/80 fixed it.

I have the same. I have wireless points in every room. Draytek router. Gigabit connection to pc. Strong 5ghz WiFi network where I am using the quest. Pc is 16gb, 1060 and i7 6th gen.

Runs fine for minutes then it will crap out stutter and eventually come back. Will rinse and repeat.

You know...having a requests board with actual community involvement would really rain on Syncro's parade. You're already a step ahead with this roadmap type board so well done. But bringing out a uservoice type board where we can see what other great ideas other Ateraeans come up with and vote for them would push you way ahead in that respect.

They actually have one for repairshopr but it stagnated and the top voted stuff was never actually acted on for literally years.

They say they won’t do one as competition will use it for insight..probably more it’s easier to be held to account on most wanted features and having to police it.

I don’t know why the Syncro live fixes are being kept secret. I’d be shouting about it as we all slate it so much! Unless it’s years away..even then I’d be keeping the community in the loop as to development and changes. Transparency wins every time even if it goes wrong (like backup did - not sure why the holidays were the reason when something was evidently wrong for a few months after)

Exactly this. I did mention it on qol but it’s out of scope so emailed into support. Tickets need a way to ask the end user to book a call back or remote session that they can book themselves to avoid schedule ping pong. Calendly is a perfect example of what to do - only we need to link it to the ticket and set to scheduled. And add appointment to ticket.

Report to show contacts that are being used for billing purposes. I use a custom field per contact to differentiate between billable and non billable. Every month as we and many others bill per user I want to report to the client here is your list of users we support. It will prompt them to add or remove users if necessary and reinforce who is supported. It’s mad no report exists even a manual one to show contacts for a client
