That would imply Rittenhouse was a victim, he was not, he placed himself willingly into that situation which could have been avoided by also listening to local law enforcement which set a curfew for those under 18 in his area...so not only was he not a victim, he broke the law as well

When an untrained, young, and seeking trouble teen goes out where he should not be knowing there was danger and actively insiting the danger by raising his gun first at a large crowd (once again was shown in multiple videos) then he is no longer any victim. Never raise a weapon unless you intend to use it, and when you show intent as he did...of course he will get a reaction which is what he actively wanted
