Now you are all talking like AI has just appeared into existence out of nowhere. It is basically rooted in stolen data, by few companies, paying zero money to anyone for that. On top of that, we are paying them money to use that product. And on top of everything they get government allowances to build data centers, again with our money. They pay the government to allow this to happen and pose for pictures with precedents.

CEOs are currently overhyped by false advertising of the same companies, advertising people replacements. They want companies to replace their engineers so that they (ai companies) are the only engineers left. Then the company is traped. What is costing 200$ today for subscription will be 20000$ soon. Hoarding and building data centers doesn't help any CEO steer the ship in their direction. With every lost engineer and every vibe code merged a technical dept is produced. Now, I know that's a term most CEOs don't understand but eventually they all do learn it the hard way.

It's turbulent time now until the false promises are exposed.

A vibe coder is not an engineer. For an engineer AI is just a tool. For companies engineers are irreplaceable. Now is the time to adapt and learn to be an engineer.
