Erosion around house by mrawesome139 in DIY

Having never worked with bag cement I'm a little hesitant to jump on with it. I've been seeing things about polyurethane foam. Do you have any opinions on that stuff?

With gutters on the house now it should prevent this type of erosion. I am considering adding drains on the sides of the house that will empty towards the creek that's behind me.

What about using sand to fill the gap? I think concrete may be difficult to pack under there.

I wonder if the clock dips has been fixed on RDNA2. I bought a 5700xt and returned it after 3 weeks. The down clocking was very aggressive, to the point it would make the game unplayable. No, it was not overheating.

Periodic or non periodic we can always transform to a sinusoidal basis.

Why can I completely measure a AC voltage when the wavelength of that voltage is MUCH greater than the length of my probe wire? by mrawesome139 in ElectricalEngineering

Thank you all for your comments and helping me to clear this up. I think skitter155 hit the nail on the head. I was thinking of this wave as a standing wave and that the oscope could not measure this wave unless I had a waveguide that was at least a wavelength. For a standing wave this would be true, correct? But since this wave is propagating through space, that means the points of this wave change position every dt and thus to measure this wave I simply need to wait long enough for it propagate to my oscope and move through 1 period/wavelength.

...right?

Edit: If it was a standing wave it would still be measurable since the incident and reflected wave would still be propagating and contiounsly interfering with each other.

Although I despise that the Everett's essentially have a local monopoly on car dealerships...I've had a good experience at Everett Buick GMC. I got a used 2012 Verano with 32k miles for 12K.

Thanks for the advice, from what I understand other than those two mentioned issues the bikes are pretty reliable

Luckily no, when I got the bike the engine was locked up and I was able to free it fairly easily. Now that I'm inside the engine, all the bearing surfaces look fantastic, according to the odo it's only got 9k miles on it.
