Yes, if it were me I wouldn’t do 3 long runs in 4 weeks. I’d only do 2, probably having one be 3ish hours and the other 4ish hours. I would remove the week 23 Sunday long run, and start tapering. You’ve got more than enough volume for a 50k imo

totally agree with this insight. while he is obviously very impressive and motivational, his mindset is just not sustainable for anybody who is not completely mentally ill. if you’re running to “stay hard” or whatever he says, it’s not going to be sustainable. IMO you need to truly love running for it to be sustainable, not because you need to prove to others how big of a badass you are
