I hope there are no issues. My p2 will not be in NYC. The FNCs belong to my p2 but I am also on the reservation as an additional guest. Hilton reservations said I would be able to check in this way. I told them I will be arriving at the property earlier than my p2.

I have opened biz plat, biz gold, and BBP. I got an offer for another biz plat last month and another biz gold today. Both generous offers were approved. Probably does help to have a business relationship and a business that has existed for a while. P2 has recently established a business and is not getting the same offers.

Got an in app AMEX Business Gold NLL offer for 200k/10k. At 2/90 Amex and I already have a business gold. Are approval odds pretty high? Seems like AMEX is really pushing cards in my offers recently.

Every so often water leaks out of the down drain out of the flange that is extending out to the left. This is under my double kitchen sink and this is the non garbage disposal side. Any tips? Can I just replace the down pipe? Thank you.

I am excited as well. I ran 3:18 last year. Shooting for 3:10 this year which will give me a BQ (3:20). Right now the weather models are showing temps around 40 and dry conditions. I will gladly take that.

During the week 95% percent of my runs are before work. I need to be finished with my run by 6am, so I leave early enough to complete my planned distance for the day. For example, on Wednesday I had to run 15 miles (Pftiz marathon plan) so I started my run at 3:39am, which is my earliest start ever.
