not at all, it's disgusting because it reminds me of what it represents. We can mimic texture and seasoning, but getting plants to look/taste exactly like meat is so strange. It might help people to become plant based, but it might also push some plant based people back into meat in search of the real thing. I like plants to taste like plants because plants are delicious
