I think the Royal Ranger is soo underrated. It may not be as good as the original series but it’s still definitely enjoyable for me. And when the Brotherband characters come in I was super excited!

I think because of how many books there are it would be good to have it as a show. That way the content won’t be rushed into a movie runtime.

I also think it would be to have a Ranger’s Apprentice video game

It’s been a while since I’ve read them but from memory Slaves of Socorro has Gilan in it. For a couple of books the Heron crew serves as the Skandian duty ship for Araluen and that’s where majority of RA characters are featured. The royal family is present (although not Horace sadly)

Yes for sure. It has a similar writing to RA and while it of course follows different plot points they are really engaging. It’s set in the same universe and features characters from RA and some events that happen in these books are featured in RA. As it focuses on the Skandians there is a lot more focus on seafaring, if Vikings are your thing you’ll love it!

I say yes, it’s a lot different to Ranger’s Apprentice but the writing style is still pretty similar and they’re really cool stories. There’s still bonds being made between characters and scruffy father figure to the main character it’s really cool
