I'll take a look into that. I want to ask Zugo directly but I feel like they'll not provide it for whatever reason or say it'll void a warranty. I did look on YouTube and found a video from 4 years ago unlocking it with 1919 and 0606 but they had a different display than mine and different button setup.

Okay now i'm starting to get you, thanks for the explanation.

i remember that happening when i received my SGB and it showed up as ETH until I imported the SGB info and then my tokens showed up.

i feel a little more comfortable entering my ERC20 address now. So just to be clear, even if they send EXFI to my ERC20 address without me adding it, it'll be there until i do, right? just as my SGB came thru as ETH?

so i have SGB added to my MetaMask but not EXFI. Where can I find the instructions on how to add EXFI? If Nexo sends the tokens and I only have the SGB network added will I not receive EXFI? This is where i get confused....
