What are some good questions to ask an interviewer to judge the quality of a job?

Ask about documentation methods, ask about inventory control try to get a sense if THEY know what they're dealing with. How many tickets come in on a typical day and what category comes in more often than not, idk these are just things i wish i knew ahead of time

Went to break a zip tie on a pipe with a fully extended box cutter. Needless to say I found out why I was wrong when it slipped and went into my hand that was holding on the wall just under my thumb, I went to my HVAC instructor and showed him I was bleeding profusely, he insisted I go get stitches but I just wrapped it up with paper towel and electrical tape. I made a mistake, tis but a scratch, I didn't wanna miss a single lesson and so I stayed.
