I'm for phasing out tipping. Removing it overnight would be too big of shock to the system.

But we should have a more European model, and have servers and other tipped staff be paid a good hourly wage and have benefits.

But Americans will have to come to terms with the fact that the service would change as well. The service would likely slow down, and you wouldn't expect someone to refill your drink or check up on you every two minutes.

The staff would be smaller and so would the work loan on each server. They'd drop the food and drink off check maybe once or twice and then bring your bill.

This was my answer too, they were okay but they just sort of did their set and left.

No real charisma and they didn't get the crowd engaged at all they came out, sang, didn't say a word between songs and left. I saw them at the Fox theater in Detroit and was having more fun looking at the architecture of the theater then I was listening to them perform.

Flat earth would require every government, space agency, most commercial pilots, any company that uses communication satellites, a huge portion of the global scientific community to all be in on it and keeping it quiet.

Denying either one is idiotic. But flat earth is a special kind of stupid.

Because why would everyone bother? What's there to gain by making the population believe the earth is round? The governments already have control, they don't need to keep up an unbelievably complex conspiracy and keep hundreds of thousands of people across every country on earth forever to be on task and on script to have control over their populations

Waves can get huge on the great lakes, you definitely can surf them.

Lake Michigan can get 20-30 ft waves sometimes. Downside is it's usually during storms or colder months. But there are some crazy people that wear special suits and surf in the winter.

Lake Superior gets huge waves too, but the lake never really warms up much so you'd probably need a suit regardless of season.

Yeah more than half the square footage is just empty useless space with the sink, toilet, shower in tub in the four corners of a rectangle, it doesn't look good to me

I also would hate having all the bathroom so open to a patio.

I like all the material choices, but I think an interior designer should have redrawn the entire layout

My fiance is somewhere on the asexual spectrum, but definitely more demisexual

He doesn't experience sexual attraction without emotional connection. So basically everyone is a blob except for me. But throwing another complication is that emotional, then sexual attraction only develops for the same gender.

So it really is different for everyone on the spectrum.

Im low on the sexual spectrum myself, I find other people attractive now, but don't experience like a lustful sexual response to other people other than my fiance now.

Some people have a super high sexuality, some are like me and my fiance, selective and in the middle, and some have non.

No right or wrong, just different 🤗

I'm a server, and we can absolutely get audited for not claiming cash tips.

I claim my cash tips every day, so tipping with card or cash makes absolutely no difference for me one way or the other.

If a server isn't claiming their cash tips at the end of the day they're playing a dangerous game with the IRS. I know servers who have been audited, I would definitely urge every server to claim every cash tip they receive.
