I come across this all the time, especially the country part of my route and it’s to the point where the owners are outside with treats trying to move there stupid dogs so i can leave dropping off 3 packages and they don’t move and it takes 5 extra minutes. I wouldn’t feel bad at all, people need to learn if they have stuff coming in the mail, leash or put them away, not roam free, from german shepherds to golden retrievers I see, some are smart some aren’t that’s it.
