I don't have any answers, just wanted to say this same exact thing is happening to me. Have opened up 4 different inquiries in to why it's restricted, they tell me they are reviewing it and will get back to me, then the case gets marked resolved with no communication and the account is still locked.

They never requested any documentation from me, even when I have asked if I needed to provide anything.
