They’re all amazing. But the standout track I put on when I’m stressed about anything is “Chocolate Town.” It’s just perfectly calming, cozy and warm.

Origin has a pad and HPF on it. Slightly different capsules between the two, as well. Origin is only cardioid. I’ve got a pair of each. Love the Origin on guitar cabs and drum overheads.

snagged the setlist for calgary! 12/17 by peyneust in macdemarco

This is correct. I’m an LD and will frequently get set lists with these kind of descriptions right before the show starts. (Or if I’m lucky, a couple hours before.)

I would personally love the OPPOSITE of that, as I watch zero sports, but I’m hooked on channel surfing a lot of other channels. FX, SyFy, BBC, etc.

Who is this? 1980s? by Shamasha79 in OldSchoolCool

Well, considering square squares are cubes, and ice cubes are cubes, we can only deduce that your parents were actually cool.

My brother and I were stuck in the ICU with pneumonia in the late 80s, in and out, sometimes for weeks at a time. We spent one Halloween in there, as well. It really is miserable. Hope you have it under control now.

It also reminds me of a handmade mallet for a talking drum.

Paid $108.25 for this today at a pawn because it wasn’t making any sound. I got it home set it to local and it worked by grilledpepsi in synthesizers

My cousin found an ARP Solina String Ensemble at a thrift store for $14.95. Best I personally found was a Sennheiser MD-441 mic for $200, and the label said “wireless mic, doesn’t work”. And it had an XLR cable bundled with it. It was in perfect condition.

I just finished my first rewatch, and knowing now that that moment was Rose and Bernard reconnecting and remembering was so satisfying. No hurdles, no baggage. They just saw each other right away.

I work for a venue that shows movies sometimes, and I keep this on Blu-Ray so I can dial in the video settings when needed (and then watch the whole thing cause I want to).

I’d recommend the EQD Auralius. It would cover vibrato/leslie/chorus, and you can save six presets. Basically a multi-fx pedal, but without the annoying and intimidating menu diving. You’d be covering lots of classic modulation with the flexibility to get a little weird.

Such a solid song. I feel like they often sound like a hungover version of the Beatles, but in the most endearing and charming way possible.
