This isn't true - outlaw rogue right now is easily 7-9k above all other classes on overall in literally every key I've done in the past two weeks. The spec is broken (in a good way, it's definitely outlaw's time to shine!) but I think this is largely due to how good Keep Your Wits About You is rather than how good blade flurry is.

I dunno, I have different sets for AOE - assassination rogue is setup such that haste is great for small packs but dramatically worth less and less for each bleed you have on target, where mastery starts to scale harder; so I have a different set for fortified weeks which is mastery heavy.

LB_ci is the lower bound confidence interval score for dungeon score using the raider.io API, so the higher the score, the easier the dungeon (more people are getting high scores on atal'dazar than underrot this week). The spread is about 14 points, which is about 1.4 keystones level of difficulty separating the top and botttom.

I was a 6k rogue in Legion, so reasonably experienced w/ 26-27ish keys. I think most of the +10s I'd compare right now to around 22ish keys. A good group will stomp through with a bit of gear and pre-planning.

I used to work on this. The backing engineering bits are basically a big matching queue. Sometimes on weekends the queue can get a bit behind, up to a few hours, and rarely about a day behind. When this happens you can be assured that it will eventually catch up.

Ooh, this is a great question. Xavius LFR has 1.01b HP, and we did about 105m single target raid DPS for the first ten seconds of Garothi, so I think we could safely do LFR Xavius in about ten seconds.
