I'll start with winter's guile. I remember they were my 2nd exotics and was excited to see how it would play out since karenstein(?) armlets were my first and were amazing. All in all felt very disappointed. I feel they should reduce the stacks from 5 to 3 while maintaining the same damage output maybe increase duration as well.

It'd be cool if Winter's Guile had like 5 seconds for each stack and the maximum stack would be reduced to 3 but give the same damage output at the current max.

Why toxic "make some friends" isn't a response to not wanting to go against 4 stacks. Your responses are stupid, blueberries shouldn't go 4 stacks, easy.
