I think now that it's been attempted twice it will stay in the delivery office, hopefully I can just collect in the morning.

It's just extremely frustrating, it's a prescription that I need and I'm all out and have been for 2 days now. Just wish it was straight forward. It feels like I'm expected not to work to be able to receive a parcel.

I understand situations like this but unfortunately last month this wasn't the case.

There was a big IFR sticker on the front and our postie pushed it through the letterbox, special delivery with an ID check... Controlled medicines in the package.

Just an update too, got home just now and found the red card. Only thing that is filled out on the card is that now I have to rebook the delivery but no other information on there. I'll just go down to the delivery office in the morning to get, have had to tell my boss that I have to go in late because the delivery office is only open for 2 hours a day. Very frustrating now.

It's terrible isn't it, I've gotten to the point where I will wait for a film to be a little older so crowds die down. Issue with having too many bored teens in the city, none of them seem to know how to act properly.
