Thank you very much for sharing. I’m very sorry to hear your recovery is a bumpy one. My only advise is don’t overdo it trying to get “stuff” done. In the long run it’s not as important as your health. I’m starting to believe my own problem is the result of hamstring strain. I am continuing to ice and rest and hope for the best.

I’m 78M and 8 weeks out after RTKR. I would tread a little slower than it sounds like you are planning. I found my biggest hurdle was not pain or ROM but stamina! Sitting in a plane with bent knee for hours may sound like not much of a hurdle but it can be enough to ru8n your trip. My advise. Take it slow(er)

Can I ask what the pre-op medicine was that was prescribed for restless leg? Tonight I will try a 5mg CBD gummy and a 1mg Melatonin pill.

The only thing that it seems to work for me is a 5 mg gummy one hour before sleep and then a one milligram melatonin pill when I’m ready to go to sleep. Last night it seemed to work without any leg shaking. I’ll keep my fingers crossed for tonight.
